We cannot make use of powers that we are not even aware of, so to gain awareness of these powers we would have to become conscious of their existence, and we can only become conscious of these powers when we educate ourselves that all power is from within. 

When we discover this power of the mind, we would be able to find a solution for every problem and the cause for every effect.

Wouldn’t this be VICTORY for all mankind?
